Glinda Good Witch Of The North

Glinda Locasta Tattypoo, Sorceress summoned from the North to the East (Munchkinland) when Dorothys shack lands on top of the Wicked Witch of the East. She is too busy to have to take Dorothy to the Wizard. It is unknown whether she is aware that the Wizard is a fake. She doesn't tell Dorothy till the end that the ruby slippers will take her home. Perhaps she knows that Dorothy will kill the Witch of the West and so leaves her to it. But she does give her a protective kiss so probably doesn't want Dorothy to come to harm. She is the sister of the other three witches although the Good witch of the south isn't mentioned nor gets involved in the story.
