If the character is called Goody Jarland can we get any Jade Goody references in? or maybe the character should do the whole show bleeped out or gagged? or we could play that awful bird song stuff that they play on Big Brother whenever the lawyers a worried that the house mates are saying something dodgy?

I have a suggestion from Rileys that Tinman is Binman - can do new jokes about recycling and …in a recursive way — recycle old jokes (asif we need an excuse) RB
Is the Binman an actual binman or a half bin half man creature or as I imagined it a pile of rubbish in a hi-vis jacket. JB

Is Tinman just his surname? is he called John Tinman?
(John Tinman is almost like john Inman - i'm free! and all that are you being served inuendo spring to mind about Mrs Slocombes irate pussy!!! maybe there could be some character work along those lines?(LC)
Or he could be called Hen Tinman or something like that = Tim Henman, and be foreign or a tennis player.

How's about having a step-uncle instead of Henry who's name is Declan so we can have a 'Ant + Dec'? if they mis-pronounce aunt

Lion walks round looking for material (s) to get him out of this terrible pantomime..(maybe the whole cast could say that if they had better material then they wouldn't be in this pantomime either??).
He's constantly grumbling that he's had enough and wants to get out of here.
He's already got tagged-up with a witch (Dorothy) and the Scarecrow is 'as thick as 2 short planks' - 2 short planks could be very useful to help build a wardobe, with just a few more parts .
Maybe the Binman could help him find some hinges.. because he is un-hinged in more ways than one.
He also needs an Emerald door knob - with magical powers? ((room for lots of inuendo there I'm sure)) and some more substantial material .- good Rb
